Sauces: Get Saucy - Sometimes more is more

Life’s better when things get saucy, and this month’s recipes are proof of that. From the sweet to the savoury, there’s a sauce here for every occasion and palate. For the most part, we stuck with the classics: a dip-everything-in-it romesco sauce, spaghetti alla puttanesca and the mother of all ice-cream toppings—homemade rum and butter sauce! But that’s not all. We’ve included some wild cards, too, and a bunch of mouth-watering tips for non-traditional pairings. Yup. Sometimes more is definitely more. And thank goodness for that.
