Grilled Pizza Bread with Capers & Garlic Oil

(makes 2 pizza crusts)

Brush your clean BBQ grill with olive oil and preheat to medium-high.

Mash 2 tbsp of drained capers in a small bowl with one clove of crushed garlic. Stir in 4 tbsp of olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.

Divide your risen dough in half, and roll each piece into a shape that will fit your grill and to a thickness you like. Carefully place the rolled dough on the grill, and turn down the heat to medium-low. When the dough begins to puff (2 minutes), flip it over, and brush the tops with your caper oil. Close the lid, and let bake 5 more minutes. Remove from grill, and devour.
