Sweet & Spicy Crunch Mix

Enjoy this slightly sweet nut and seed mixture while sipping on a cocktail or a mocktail sitting by the fire or having a Zoom game night! 

1 c. natural almonds, whole

1 c. natural pecans, halved

½ c. natural cashews

½ c. pepitas

2 tbsp. maple syrup

1 ½ tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. 

In a large bowl, combine the nuts and pepitas and set aside. 

In a small bowl, whisk to combine the maple syrup, melted butter, salt and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the nuts and pepitas and stir, making sure all the nuts and seeds are coated.

Spread the mixture out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring twice during the baking process.

Let the mixture cool. In an airtight container, this mix will last for up to two months!
