Sweet Potato & Feta Ravioli Filling

(serves 4)

2 sweet potatoes, baked

1/2 cup feta

Scoop out the centres of the baked sweet potatoes, and then mash them in a bowl. Add the feta, and mash again. Add salt and pepper to taste
