CRUISIN’ CLUBHOUSE—This recurring event gets kids (5-yrs and older) outside during the summer. There are games, arts and crafts, water activities and it’s all free. Kids can come and go as they please, and each site is supervised by trained and qualified program staff. Each week is a different theme: August 8th to 12th is “Around the World”; August 15th to 19th is “Take Me Out to the Ballgame.”

SCRABBLE & CRIBBAGE FOR 50+—On August 12th from 2 pm to 4 pm, drop-by for this recurring event where you get to hone your inner-dictionaries and practice your counting for these two all-time favourite board games—and socialize at the same time.

MISSION HILL DAY—On August 14th from 12 pm to 4 pm, come and celebrate the history of the Mission Hill Area. Interpreters will give you tours around the chapel, crypt, grotto and cemetery. Take a visual step back in time with historic photo displays and demonstrations, and get to know a variety of Edmonton traditional guilds.

SCRATCH SUMMER CODING CAMP—On August 17th, kids 9-yrs and up can create their own interactive stories, animated adventures and games through this multimedia camp. Learn how to drag-and-drop with the SCRATCH program. You will need to register for this camp.
