Polar Bear Marshmallows

Now here’s a polar bear plunge we can get behind. Make a dozen or so, and keep them on hand for special guests.

Large marshmallows (for the heads)

Medium marshmallows (for the mouths)

Mini marshmallows (for the ears)

Smarties (for the noses)

Candy eyes

Honey or icing (for glue)

Simply assemble the bears, “gluing” the body parts into place with a little honey or icing. When the bears are assembled, carefully store them in an airtight container until it’s hot chocolate time.
