Ginger Orange Salad Dressing

1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Place all the ingredients in a Mason jar, secure the lid and shake until combined. Use immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
