ULTIMATE FRISBEE DROP-IN—On July 28th, Servus Place will be hosting 90 minutes of Frisbee fun for all. All who show up with a wristband (available at Servus Place) will be given a chance to play from 5:30 pm to 7 pm.

BLOOD DONOR CLINIC—On July 29^th, Blood Services Canada will be having a blood drive from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. You can book an appointment or just show up.

ROCK’N AUGUST—Starting on August 2^nd, Mayor Nolan Crouse will open the 20^th annual Rock’n August festival. The 50s and 60s will be alive and boppin’ to unforgettable music, classic cars and all in a good cause to raise money for the Alberta Diabetes Foundation. Admission is a minimum donation of $5 for a button that will get you into all the events all week.

• August 2—Pancake Breakfast at St. Albert Inn, 7 am to 9 am; Night Out at the Apex Casino, 6 pm to 10 pm.
• August 3—Pancake Breakfast at Memories Funeral Home, 7 am to 9 am; Rock’n August Poker Run at Eagles Club, 7 am–8 pm; BBQ at Eagles Club, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm; Rock’n August Roadeo at Gateway Village Plaza, 6 pm to 9 pm.
