Live Life in Balance in this Mixed-use Community.

A dining experience equal to the natural beauty enveloping the 100-seat, haute cuisine restaurant is sure to enhance life in St.Albert, one of the best cities to live in.

Building on the success of Botanica, the number one real estate project in Alberta, Boudreau Communities’ proposed mixed-use development is Riverbank Landing. Live, Work, and Play, in the right balance, creates a much sought-after healthy-living lifestyle. This balance is the vision for Riverbank Landing, made up of residences, boutique retail, and professional spaces, restaurants, entertainment areas, and its heart, a village square. Situated on the banks of the Sturgeon River in St.Albert, expanding on Botanica and the Shops at Boudreau, the proposal includes two 18 – 26 storey residential high-rises, a nine-storey seniors building, micro-loft suites, new restaurants, and two boutique retail / professional buildings.

A 10-acre private estate becomes public river front access. Forty-six percent of the site will be public walking trails, landscaped areas, and a strategic designed nature preserve, protecting the river valley and ensuring wild life movement corridors.

Owner-operator pride and a commitment to the customer brings back the personalized shopping experience only unique shops can deliver.

With space for everyone, Riverbank Landing offers a range of millenial-friendly micro-loft units to three-bedroom suites with yards for families. A mix that will provide vibrancy and activity to the street life and neighborhood.

And at its heart … the village square offers lush landscaping, patios, a play centre, activity areas and opens onto the river valley and its trail system. Fory-six percent of the site becomes an outdoor, public entertainment oasis inviting all of St.Albert to connect with friends and family, relax, unwind and enjoy a healthy living space to breathe.

Riverbank Landing will provide:

  • 175 Construction jobs per year.
  • 95 Service industry jobs per year
  • 55 Medical and professional jobs per year
  • $249,000,000 to the local economy
  • $2,680,954 in new property tax revenue per year

Boudreau Communities pays for all site servicing costs.

In any growing city traffic improvements are a necessity and here is the plan to accommodate increased traffic flow for Riverbank Landing. One other thing to work in is the fact that the city of St Albert had these plans peer-reviewed by a 3rd party engineering firm and received confirmation that with the implementation of these measures increased traffic flow can be accommodated.

Please let City Council know you would enjoy the many benefits that Riverbank Landing will bring to our City of St.Albert.
