This dip would complement any dessert. The almond extract gives it a marzipan-like flavour and the tonka bean adds a unique taste similar to vanilla. Serve alongside pancakes, waffles or a simple tray of fresh fruit.
1 c. vanilla yogurt
1 c. freshly whipped cream
½ tsp. almond extract
¼ tsp. freshly grated tonka bean
Gently fold the ingredients together and serve with grilled almond cake and fresh berries.
